Graveside Committal Package
Fond Remembrance provides a Graveside Burial Service package for minimal cost which can be arranged within the convenience of your own home, and in your own time, without the necessity of a trip to a funeral home, or the pressure of a sales counselor. All paperwork is completed electronically and over the telephone. This packaged service plan offers substantial discounts when compared to the General Price List. This special pricing is reserved only for families who select an adult casket from our company that is appropriate for the service selected. The service plan is offered as a complete service, excluding merchandise or cash advance items you select which will be added to the price of the package you choose. As the plan includes substantial discounts, no credits or deletions may be made. Motor equipment included in the plan is for a minimum of three hours, additional charges beyond this minimum will be applied. Additional fees may apply.

- Our basic service fee of funeral director, staff, and overhead, including an on-line, phone, or in-home arrangement conference.
- Transportation of your loved one from the place of death within Orange County to our secure holding facility.
- Sheltering the decedent in refrigeration (up to 5 consecutive days)
- Other preparation of the remains as required
- Placement of body into a burial casket - casket not included (See Burial Merchandise for selection)
- Preparing and obtaining a valid Death Certificate and Application and Permit for Disposition
- Funeral Coach to transfer to local (Orange County) cemetery
- Securing vital statistics and transferring data to proper legal documents
- Obtaining doctor or coroner signature on death certificate
- Filing the Death Certificate and permit with the local health department registrar
- Use of staff and equipment for committal (Orange County location)
- Utility Vehicle
