Payment  Considerations

1. Payment is required in full prior to final disposition. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
2. Coroner facilities have a set fee (varies by county) and most require payment at time of pick-up. We will itemize these fees when applicable on the Statement of Goods and Services you select and charge them to the credit card you provide.
3. Decedents in excess weight of 300 pounds are charged additional fees as set forth by the crematorium.
4. Decedents that pass away at a residence, nursing facility, or any facility without refrigeration will be picked-up immediately and brought into our care. Decedent's whose death has occurred at a hospital or coroner facilities that can provide refrigeration will be picked up during normal business hours and after all authorizations and payment have been confirmed.
5. The Legal Next of Kin must sign and return all forms either physically or by our e-signing process (via Adobe EchoSign) electronically and returned by:
